Telco Lead - Europe
…win significant new partners to achieve targeted revenue growth across mobile partners. You will also be responsible for leading and expanding our business development activities in the telco channel across Europe, with a particular focus on the German-speaking region.
As a digitally native leader, you will have had demonstratable success in selling new products and providing innovative platforms while having the ability to develop, implement and execute a clear strategy to align desired markets with channels and products in the European markets.
§ Creating and delivering a successful Hunting and Farming strategy for the telco channel. Providing a path to profitable growth and sustainability over short, medium, and longer terms.
§ Developing and improving relationships with key decision-makers at telecom operators
§ Presenting bolttech products and capabilities to telcos to generate new leads and convert these leads
§ Driving significant revenue and profit to achieve desired growth plans.
§ Aligning product and telco channels to the customers’ needs.
§ Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities that meet our customers’ needs.
§ Collaborating with all lines of business to develop a cohesive new business strategy across diverse geographies and cultures.
§ Ensuring marketing initiatives improve brand recognition as a mechanism to drive sales with telco partners and bolttech’s reputation.
§ Improving business strategy and effectiveness through timely market reviews and new business initiative feedback to management.
§ Collaborating with Key Account management teams for the telco channel to proactively upsell value-added programs.
§ Leading cross-functional bid teams
§ Leveraging Telco Business Intelligence data to implement growth action plans for existing accounts.
§ Preparing Telco needs analysis requirements for the product team.

§ Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sales and partnerships development, selling device protection or similar value-added services into a telco.
§ Strong existing network across European markets, and a proven ability to generate leads and ability to build qualified BD pipelines. A network with telcos in German-speaking areas is a plus.
§ The ability to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes with customers and internal stakeholders.
§ Ability to set up accounts and proactively look for opportunities to upsell.
§ Proven success in the development and presentation of sales proposals, strategic services solutions, and success in closing complex technical sales.
§ Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills in English, advanced European language skills also welcomed.
§ Strong presentation skills are required, both in person and via VC.
