Technical Account Specialist - Customer Accounts USA/Taiwan/Korea/Japan

You work with our electron multi-beam technology together with our customers who are the most advanced companies in the semiconductor industry.
You are the direct responsible contact for the technical teams at the customer and work with them on issues with our mask writer.
You are using your technical knowledge to coordinate solution finding together with technical experts in IMS and update the customer and IMS management on status and next steps.
You are involved in high priority situations such as taskforces and improvement projects
You provide 1st level application support by monitoring the performance, and analyzing data in order to offer solutions or on-call support – both independently and as well as together in the team.
You are contributing to quality initiatives (Failure Analyses, 8D Reports, Improvement Projects) that require attention from headquarters
You visit other sites at our customers (USA/Asia) to exchange knowledge, support the team on-site or to participate at trainings.
You have completed a technical or scientific education (e.g. physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) and are interested in continuous further development.
You hold at least a bachelors degree in one of the relevant fields and have a minimum of 4 years of work experience in the field of semiconductor equipment
You hold at least a masters degree in one of the relevant fields and have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of semiconductor equipment
A solid understanding in optics, lithography and mask making is required.
You are able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. You can convey complex technical content clearly and competently.
You like to face challenges and make full use of your analytical skills, your technical knowledge and your interpersonal skills.
You are tech-savvy, organized, curious, assertive and a likeable team member.
You are resilient, can deal with stress and quick decisions and are willing to work flexibly.
Willingness to travel to other countries (USA/Asia) for tasks at the customer site up to 35% (typically 2 to 4 weeks in a row).
You are committing to support the team in challenging situations and contribute to our company.
Python, Office solutions and Linux experience are beneficial.

An annual gross salary starting from EUR 55.000,- depending on your qualification and professional experience
