Aufgabengebiet
- Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des Controlling-Teams
- Erstellung von Prognosen, Ad-hoc-Analysen und Soll-/Ist-Vergleichen
- Zuständig für Budgeterstellungen und Forecasts
- Change Management – Aufbau von Controllingprozessen
- Reporting
- Ansprechperson und Sparringpartner für Fragen aus Controlling
- Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Prozessanalysen und -optimierungen
Anforderungsprofil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft (Uni/FH)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Flexibilität
- Anpackende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Affinität für Change Management
Vergütungspaket
Für diese Position wird ein Bruttojahresgehalt von mindestens € 60.000,- geboten. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
