- Lead and manage a team of 4 CI/CD engineers, providing guidance and mentoring where needed
- Work closely with R&D managers and stakeholders to ensure that all CI/CD deliverables are met within the agreed timelines
- Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the CI/CD process, identifying and addressing any issues that arise
- Drive continuous improvement of the CI/CD process, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and providing regular updates
- Take care of the comprehensive quality assurance of the infrastructure and ensure fail-safe operation.
- Assess risk and compliance of established solutions.
- Design and implement the deployment chain of our products – starting from the continuous integration in the development environment up to the deployment to the target system
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with current cloud and hybrid-cloud technologies
- Experience with Kubernetes and Linux
- Strong awareness of security principles such as least-privacy, preventive vs detection, data protection
- Relevant working experience in the field of DevSecOps
- Basic understanding of software development

- You bring a hands-on attitude and are interested in learning about new technologies
- Good analytical skills and team player qualities
- Independent and target-oriented way of working
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken)
