Your territory

As part of our innovative Software Development team, you will:

Ensure quality for a product almost half a million pet parents worldwide trust to keep their pets safe
Test our firmware from a user’s point of view
Improve Tractive GPS products with our agile development team and be part of making them even better – whether inspired by customer feedback or your own ideas
Monitor, develop, and extend automated tests (functional, performance, security)
Get involved in the product definition process and the overall development of new products and features
Coordinate QA projects and collaborate with other teams, from Firmware and Backend to Product Management
Co-manage the whole development process from a quality assurance perspective
Plan and improve our test processes and develop new test concepts
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better – you’ll never hear the phrase “…because that’s how we’ve always done things”.
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level.
Your profile

Key requirements:
Experience in Testing/QA
Passion for finding bugs and suggesting fixes, solutions and improvements
Experience with wireless technologies (Cellular:GSM, UMTS, LTE; Shortrange: BLE, WiFi, NFC, etc.)
Good knowledge of C or C++ is a plus
Ideally, QA automation skills
Ideally, previous experience working in an agile environment, and with tools like JIRA & Confluence
Very good English skills
