About the role
As a Small Business Specialist (SBS), you will service Small Business owners and integrate yourself within the Australian Branch Network (ABN), local community and external networks (circle of influence). Connecting with care to new and existing business customers. Conduct quality needs based conversations providing valuable insights and tailored recommendations. With an expert understanding of cash flow concepts.
Through engagement with customers and understanding their needs and ANZ’s products and services, deliver on the Team Business Lending & Working Capital Target
Maintain compliance with required training and banker capabilities (e.g. Mandatory Learning ,ACL,FSRA, AF On-boarding, Introduction and Intermediate Credit Course)
Ensure the customer remains at the hearts of all our interactions
Collaborate within the team and contribute to a high performance culture
In a typical day or week you will be:
Having a high volume of quality customer interactions through walk in customers from the branch and pre booked appointments from both HUB and SPOKE branches
Fulfilling business accounts using iKnow, ensuring accounts are linked to the correct CLGs and providing a walk out working experience by fulfilling the full range of transactional and cash management needs, including ordering debit cards, establishing digital banking access and setting up ANZ app
Manage the end-to-end process for any needs referred to a business partner
Work closely with Branch Managers across key sites within Northern Victoria & Southern NSW by receiving and actioning branch referrals and championing SBB campaigns
Role Location:Flexibility in location will be considered for the right applicant. The position can be located in any one of Bendigo, Shepparton, Albury, or Mildura branches. Understanding of small business & commercial markets
Understanding of Money In, Managing Money, Money Out and cash flow concepts

Thorough knowledge of ANZ procedure, products and services (desired no essential)
