Senior In-house Counsel f/m/d

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You handle civil law matters with a focus on contract law both in project sales and execution phase
• You draft and review contracts and conduct contract negotiations on a national and international level for both customer and supplier relationships
• You develop solutions and opinions for legal problems from different legal areas with high complexity as a basis for decisions for the CEO/management as well as the operational area
• You act as a point of contact for employees in the operational area for ad-hoc legal advice
• You will act as an interface to the external lawyers we have engaged and coordinate dispute resolution proceedings, if necessary.
• You will conduct legal research and prepare the results in a way that is appropriate for the target group.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed law degree (ideally with a focus on international contract, commercial and corporate law)
• Relevant professional experience in an internationally operating company and/or a commercial law firm (at least three to five years, experience in a privately owned company is an advantage, but not a must)
• Independent and accurate working style as well as high motivation
• Excellent knowledge of German and English
• Ability to communicate and work in a team, as well as structured, analytical and, if required, flexible way of working
• Strong negotiation skills
• High quality and service orientation
• Interest in technical matters is an advantage

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €85,000.00. We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
