We have an exciting opportunity to join the Non-Food Team where you will have responsibility for providing a full administrative support to enable the smooth delivery of sales campaigns and activities and work with 3-4 small customers.

From Day 1, you take responsibility by creating new ideas to implement our product and promotion initiatives together with our Key Account Managers at the Point of Sale. You work with different stakeholders such as internally (Key Account Manager, F&A, Marketing etc.) and externally your own customers in Vienna. You will also be responsible for a small customer budget.

Your key responsibilities

While providing administrative support for the Key Account Management team:

  • You are the main contact for category-specific internal requests from direct team and from customer assistants

  • Administrative support: vacation planner update, expense handling, storage update, team space administration

While working with your own customers:

  • You are the face of the company to the customers. Develop excellent working relationships and an in-depth understanding of customers and market landscape.

  • Use your deep understanding of market & customers dynamic, shopper marketing knowledge, trade fund budget availability and supply chain operations to build and execute business strategies and plans.

  • Strategize through harnessing the power of a team by envisioning, engaging and energizing multifunctional resources

  • Conduct regular reviews with customers on different business aspects and breaks possible barriers and challenges to deliver the best results.

  • You are responsible for achieving the overall business objective with your customers.

  • You have first experience in an assisting sales function with demonstrably strong structured skills and high interest in learning.

  • You have completed a relevant apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree

  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a passion for sales.

  • You work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.

  • You have a valid driver’s license.

  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office

  • You can communicate proficiently in English and German (written and spoken).

  • For Austria, a collective agreement minimum salary starting at 2.041 applies. The actual salary is far above the CA and is based on the Austrian labor market as well as global P&G standards.
