As a requirements engineer, you are responsible for the implementation and moderation of requirements management in vehicle projects. You optimise methods, processes and templates around the requirements specification, coordinate with the specialist department and ensure that these are used through clear communication. You take responsibility and convince with your confident appearance and hands-on mentality? Then this team is the right place for you!

THE TASKS AWAITING YOU

  • Moderation of requirements management in vehicle projects
  • Coordination of the further development of requirements in the specialist areas incl. checks to ensure achievement in the project
  • Transfer of Lessons Learned reports into new requirements, to ensure future undiscovered errors
  • Optimisation of requirements management and related methods in close coordination with all departments
  • Continuous improvement of templates and standards for efficient requirements management through all project phases

HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US

  • Completed technical education (HTL, FH, Uni)
  • 2 years of professional experience in the field of technological development, ideally as a requirements engineer
  • Good written and spoken English and German as well as MS Office skills
  • Interest in different fields and openness to new perspectives
  • communicative and open-minded personality with strong presentation and moderation skills
  • analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking as well as proactive working style and absolute reliability
