Production manager FMCG

For our trusted client manufacturing company in the FMCG sector – producing bottled and canned beverages we are looking for ana experienced Production manager.

You will be responsible for the daily operations of the factory.

Assuring that all the technological requirements are followed and the customer expectations are met.

Managing the team consisting of approximately 100 people.

Ensuring effective operations.

Active traveling and meetings with customers.

Your skills:

• Degree in business management and /or engineering;
• Experience in FMCG is an advantage
• International experience
• Excellent communication skills, team leadership capability and ability to motivate teams.
• High results orientation, stress tolerance to handle higher workloads, drives for decisions based on secured data for performance and results
