Your responsibilities

• Overall support and monitoring of HR projects, such as the newly introduced childcare program
• Administrative and organizational tasks in the HR area
• Collaboration in the preparation of documents and presentations
• Preparation of evaluations and data analyses in a job-related environment
• Involvement in the implementation of personnel selection and recruitment
• Supporting the design and development of our internal digitization initiatives

Your background

• Degree in business administration or communication sciences with a focus on human resources or marketing/communication or a similar field of study
• Good MS-Office skills
• Good command of English
• Ability to work in a team, open-minded, initiative
• High level of comprehension
• Organizational and conceptual skills
