My duties
- Responsible for the whole audit engagement, investigation and projects for all international entities
- Analyze and review of all procedures and accounting practices
- Testing, mapping and controlling of processes (financial & operational) to ensure compliance and quality along with accounting standards, policies and regulations
- Execute special projects across Europe, including investigation of allegations
- Being involved in internal controls implementation
- Identify risks and further design risk-based approach audits as well as present value recommendations
- Assist the manager by reporting issues and preparing audit reports
- Ensure correct audit procedures in accordance with the company methodology and internal audit standards
- Contribute further development of the audit department and the company´s business
- Work together with other departments as well as external auditors to maintain effective working relationships
My qualifications
- Profound experience as an external auditor coming from a Big4-company or related experience as internal auditor working in a multinational environment
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar
- Deep knowledge of international standards and regulations
- Good understanding of SOX requirements as well as working experience in an US-listed company would be desirable
- IT-affinity and solid knowledge working with MS Office package
- Any additional certifcation such as ACCA or similar is an advantage
- Very good oral and written English & German language skills, any additional language is highly welcomed
- Strong communicator and experience in working closely with the management
- Ability to work independently and well-structured
- Strong planning and organisational skills

Salary details
- The compensation for this position is at least 50.000 € gross per month. An overpayment is possible, depending on qualifications and experience.
