Your new adventure

As HR Controller & Compliance Analyst (m/f/d) you will be the first point of contact for management and executives with regard to the provision of decision-making bases and personnel information at BRP-Rotax. Your main responsibilities include:

First point of contact for HR Controlling and sparring partner for management on HR-relevant issues and decisions

Creation, analysis and evaluation of HR-relevant key figures

Preparation of HR statistics and reports

Collaboration in personnel planning, budget planning and forecasts

Ensuring SOX/FIC compliance of HR processes as well as related guidelines, documentation and controls

Close cooperation with Finance and Controlling

Collaboration in international projects with focus on workforce analytics

Your experience s and skills

Completed commercial studies (university, FH) with focus on Human Resources, Controlling or comparable qualification

3+ years of relevant professional experience in HR Controlling / Personnel Controlling, Finance/Controlling or as HR analyst; preferably in an international corporate environment

Good knowledge of SOX-/FIC compliance controls

Very good knowledge in MS Excel

Experience in SAP HCM or a comparable ERP tool is an advantage

Structured and analytical person with ambition for evidence-based solutions to HR issues and strong affinity for numbers

Very good written and spoken German and English skills

We offer

You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits . The minimum salary for this position is EUR 53,068.12 gross/year in accordance with the very attractive collective agreement for the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
