At the same time, it is the second biggest investment in our life after buying real estate. goUrban exists to resolve this massive problem – in other words, to make constantly moving shared cars a reality with the help of our B2B SaaS platform.

goUrban is a product company: we solve problems for our clients. We strongly believe that competitive advantage is created when product management, engineering and design work closely together.

That’s why we’re looking for an experienced and highly-successful Head of Product. As Head of Product, you’ll lead the entire product organisation. You have a proven track record when it comes to Team Development, Product Vision, Execution, and Product Culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and mentor a team of product managers
  • Build incredible teams and processes to deliver innovative products
  • Identify, and capture key market/industry trends and translate them into opportunities
  • Lead, define, and communicate the product strategy to all stakeholders
  • Own the product roadmap, inspire and communicate across the entire organization to ensure that everyone’s understands the direction for the product
  • Execute consistently, and effectively to take ideas from the initial vision to feature roll-out
  • Collaborate closely with other department heads (engineering, customer success, marketing…)
  • Create a strong product culture across the entire organization
  • Report directly to our CTO

Essential skills for your mission

  • A strategic and creative thinker
  • Able to formulate and implement global product strategies
  • A people leader with demonstrated success in leading and mentoring product managers
  • Work well with others
  • Passionate about working in a dynamic start-up environment
  • 5+ years in a product management role, preferably in SaaS B2B
  • 2+ years leadership experience
  • Experience with determining product-market fit and delivering products to market
  • Expertise on modern forms of product planning, product discovery, and product development process
  • A strong interest in the opportunities offered by new mobility
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
