For your role as a future Human Resources Generalist (m/f/d), we focus on the following tasks:
- Active support of HR Business Partners and active involvement in recruiting and people development activities.
- Close cooperation with Head HR in day-to-day operations
- Participation in current HR projects (e.g. D&I, digitalization, employer branding, career development) and HR project coordination support in the entire team
- Participation in the conception and organization of training courses in Learning & Development
- Successive assumption of supporting tasks in the HR Services & Digital Transformation team throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Development of own know-how in the HR Services area around Compensation/Benefits, Labor Law, HR Systems & Data Management
Your profile
- Bachelor´s or Master’s degree ideally in the field of Business administration/psychology/HR (not older than twelve months)
- Broad interest in the field of Human Resources, first internships in the HR field an advantage
- Project management skills or project experience desirable
- Excellent MS Office skills (ppt, Word, Excel) as well as experience with other applications (e.g. OneNote, MS Teams or similar programs) desirable
- Team player with strong service and communication skills
- Interest in a long-term commitment to LGT

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for banks and bankers, starting at € 44.500,- gross per annum. We offer – depending on specific qualifications and experience – an overpayment.
