- Assist the Global DIIT organizations with expert knowledge (presales) for the DIIT product portfolio – specifically in the domains of the VNA (vendor neutral archive), universal viewer and other ‘ologies. Key focus is to:
- Build and deliver customer specific product portfolio presentations and solution demonstrations
- Assist in the definition of the overall architecture design for RFPs and tenders
- Provide qualitative answers to RFPs/tenders (as applicable for the focus domains).
- Manage proof of concepts (POCs) in collaboration with prospects and partners
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for interoperability related topics with in-depth and hands-on knowledge of the relevant standards like the IHE XDS and related profiles as well as HL7 FHIR
- be a go-to-person for cloud related subjects; for public, hybrid and private cloud opportunities
- Provide input in the DIIT product portfolio roadmap according to market requirements
- Liaise with prospects, partners and colleagues during the pre-sales process
- Build and maintain domain specific demonstration environments with a focus on the VNA, universal viewer and other ologies, as well as standards based interoperability with other solution components (both Dedalus and partner solutions)
- Attend national and international events (HIMSS, ECR, RSNA, …) to demonstrate the latest evolutions of the DIIT solution portfolio to prospects and customers
- University degree in an IT technology related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Solid HealthCare IT related knowledge
- Expert knowledge in the domain of healthcare related standards (IHE, FHIR, DICOM)
- Good understanding of hospital specific healthcare solutions and workflows
- Good understanding of cloud and SAAS (Software as a service) principles
- Following the market trends and evolutions in the domain of HealthCare IT
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Language proficiency:
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Any other European language is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle stress and conflict situations
- Ability to network in a global environment and maintain relationships
- Customer oriented
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
- Ability to present and demonstrate with confidence in a 1-to-1 and 1-to-many setting
