Finance Process Owner – O2C

Finance Transformation Process Owner – Order to Cash stream
An international business is underway with a large Finance Transformation project and Oracle ERP implementation, with an aim to implement standardised finance systems and processes to subsidiaries across Europe.
They are looking for an experienced Finance Process Owner to join the project team and own the Order-to-Cash & AR Processes, driving process efficiencies and standardisation, and supporting the implementation of the new solution and Target Operating Model.
Own the end-to-end Finance processes for the Order to Cash Workstream
Drive Finance process harmonisation, standardisation and optimisation in line with the ERP template and Target Operating Model for O2C
Analyse current AR, Cash and Collections processes, deliver business process mapping, harmonisation and improvements
Lead requirements engineering, process design, harmonisation and governance for OTC
Work closely with ERP Transformation teams and PMs to deliver first class harmonised O2C processes and best-practice ERP solution
Finance Process Owner with strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes
Experience delivering Finance process transformation in a large international environment
Finance or Accounting background
Strong Finance / Accounting / Controlling (FICO) process knowledge, ideally a Finance background
Financial Systems Transformation experience e.g. Oracle EBS, JDE, Peoplesoft, Cloud ERP, Infor LN, Infor M3, SAP, QAD or similar
Strong communication skills in English, other languages desirable
