Your Responsibilities
Those numbers won’t crunch themselves. In your new role as a Meister Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with our team of product managers to understand our data needs, challenging how we see metrics. We’ll need your unique insights to drive functional improvements to our products – helping teams worldwide work beautifully together.
You’ll play a key role in developing our analytical landscape and bringing data at Meister to the next level. It’s the perfect chance to showcase your skills in an environment that is built for you to shine.
What Makes You Special
- 3-5 years’ experience. You’re well-seasoned as a data analyst, with experience in descriptive and predictive data techniques.
- Focus on feature and usage metrics. Your experience makes A/B Testing, conversion and retention analysis, segmentation, and developing user archetypes possible.
- Hypothesis testing. You can uncover data insights to form hypotheses, design product experiments, evaluate their results and make recommendations.
- SQL native. You bring strong SQL knowledge to the team.
- Python master. Knowledge of Python or R is a great advantage.
- BI credentials. You’re experienced in building advanced dashboards with BI tools. Knowledge of Metabase is a plus.
- Data-driven.You can work closely with product managers to accelerate adoption, retention and engagement based on quantitative data.
- Business partner mindset. Your product team’s goals are your goals. You enjoy collaboration on business problems, understanding and achieving data-driven outcomes.
- Leadership qualities. You’re motivated to develop your leadership and mentoring skills.
- Language skills.You have excellent written and spoken English.
