THE TASKS AWAITING YOU

• Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von CRM gesteuerten Marketing Kampagnen und Newslettern
• Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung der Effizienz unseres CRM-Systems und der Nutzung der Plattform zur Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung
• Einrichtung, Pflege und Optimierung von Kampagnen zur Steigerung der Kundenbindung in allen Lebenszyklusphasen
• Analyse und Überwachung von KPI´s und User-Verhalten zur Kampagnenoptimierung
• Verbesserung der CRM-Kommunikation durch Bereitstellung von Erkenntnissen für Marken und Agenturen, um eine bessere Kommunikation zu ermöglichen
• Einrichtung und Optimierung von Media Assets für den Einsatz in CRM-Kanälen
• Hauptkontakt zu den internationalen Tochtergesellschaften und anderen Abteilungen in der Zentrale

HOW YOU CAN INSPIRE US

• abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HAK, HTL, FH, UNI), vorzugsweise im Fachgebiet Marketing oder IT
• mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung im Bereich CRM oder Marketing wünschenswert
• Know-how mit SAP Marketing Cloud von Vorteil
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit der Organisation und Verwaltung von Kundendaten
• sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
• flexible Persönlichkeit mit besonderer Lösungsorientiertheit und Verlässlichkeit
