Do you want to grow Red Bull’s audio and social media platforms partnerships?
Then this is the role for you. In this role you’ll lead and act as the main POC for all audio and managed platform partnerships globally. Seeking to grow and strategically align with all partners, whilst identifying any new partners to bring into the business to help achieve overall media business goals.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and networks to represent the interests of the business to partners and facilitate growth of Red Bull with these partners as well as seeking out new partners within managed and audio as a means of growing the Red Bull business to amplify awareness.
Job Description
KEY ACCOUNT PARTNERSHIPS
In this role you’ll be in charge of key account business development management with all global managed and audio partners while acting as the main POC internally and externally for platform partners. You’ll establish, identify, and assess global media opportunities and partnerships, which align and amplify the overarching global strategy to ultimately drive audience growth and engagement. You’ll also be entitled to identify global partnership opportunities for amplified growth via securing co-production or in-kind benefits and to identify 360 partnership opportunities to further amplify the Media Network and Red Bull priority projects holistically. Last but not least you’ll establish close strategic relationships with each partner to receive prior to release platform feature updates for first-mover advantage and promotion.
GLOBAL STRATEGY
On the other hand, you’ll partner with our countries to create a calendar of globally & locally relevant content priorities to pitch & secure partner promotions / social activations worldwide and for local teams. You’ll also lead and execute global deals and contracts while providing support and guidance to local teams for regional amplification (business and legal). You’ll be responsible for creating global business development frameworks, ROI strategy, toolkits, and workflows to assess and evaluate new partnerships and for internal education across Managed & Audio platforms via webinars and case studies that demonstrate successful use cases and updates. Finally, you’ll be liaising between country and HQ experts, including development, production, marketing, and communications to achieve the set co-production, co-programming and distribution targets, and will need to effectively and pro-actively build new distribution partnerships across worldwide in conjunction with regional efforts and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience for this role
- Strong ability to negotiate / make deals with extensive social skills.
- Politically savvy with a strong network of contacts in the media space
- Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial attitude.
- An agile, team player that knows how to get the work done.
- Works with passion and has high affinity with the world of Red Bull..
- In depth knowledge of the social and audio platform landscape with global & local experience and established relationship
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.181 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
