Your challenge
- Proactive and efficient support of the team members in the development and expansion of our business with demanding high net worth private clients
- Independent and proactive handling of day-to-day business incl. pre- and post-processing of client and acquisition appointments
- Independent client interaction (pending case management, correspondence, account opening, compliance, etc.)
- Efficient order taking and processing in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives and payment transactions
- Independent assumption of organizational and administrative tasks to relieve the relationship managers (m/f/d) (office management: agenda management, presentations, correspondence)
- Collaboration in the organization and preparation of customer events (invitation process) in cooperation with Marketing as well as selective participation in representative events together with the customer consultants (m/f/d)
- Optionally, the possibility to work on internal projects
Your profile
- Higher education in banking or business administration is an advantage
- Committed personality with a very high level of initiative
- Distinctive customer orientation and willingness to serve with the highest standards of quality and reliability
- Empathic personality with good manners and excellent communication skills
- Outstanding ability to work in a team
- German and good English skills, both written and spoken

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for banks and bankers, so a collective agreement minimum salary starting at € 2,344.71 p.m. gross can be assumed. We offer – depending on specific qualifications and experience – a significant overpayment.
